1. The service
SideKik is a browser extension and API that adds AI assistance to web pages. You need an account to use it. You are responsible for the activity on your account.
2. Plans and billing
The free plan includes a monthly token allowance. SideKik Pro is a recurring subscription at $9/month, billed through Stripe, and includes a larger monthly token allowance. Allowances reset on the first day of each calendar month. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time in the billing portal and keep access until the end of the paid period.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use SideKik to break the law, to violate the terms of the websites you visit, to harass others, to automate abusive activity, or to attempt to bypass usage limits. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
4. AI output
AI responses can be inaccurate or incomplete. Always review what the assistant writes or does before you rely on it, especially for legal, medical, financial or safety-critical tasks.
5. Availability and changes
We may change or discontinue features, and we may update these terms. If we make material changes we will notify you in the extension or by email.
